My insurance called them for me and I made an appointment because I was @ home broke down,so no worries,I talked to a dispatcher and he had told his driver and the driver called me to let me know where he was & that was great because then I knew when he might arrive, Rafael got here and I could tell he was a professional @ driving and towing, he got my car to the mechanic and called to let me know he dropped it off, great experience with them gonna use them again when something happens to my car again," for sure 😀

Great tow company! We were stranded in Johnson Valley at KOH after breaking a ball joint and ABS line. Rafael came to our rescue and picked us up on Boone Rd. We had already been cancelled on by another company who wouldn’t pick us up on a dirt road (apparently a lot of companies won’t) Rafael loaded the truck so carefully it barely moved. We were traveling with our 2 dogs and it was no problem to have them ride in the tow truck. Due to the care they gave to our truck, we used them a couple days later to tow it to the repair shop. Highly recommend, thank you CNA!
